Innovations for the Home on Display
The 34th Zuchex International Home & Kitchenware Fair, which will be organized by Informa Markets in cooperation with ZÜCDER, the Turkish Housewares Association, attracts great interest both from domestic and international companies in the sector. With months to go before its opening, Zuchex is already nearing full capacity. The event will showcase thousands of designs, including tableware, kitchenware, cooking equipment, plastic household items, and electrical appliances. This year, Zuchex will also feature special areas dedicated to Garden Furniture, Home Textiles and Decoration products. Thus, a greater number of industry professionals, who are particularly interested in these product categories, are expected to follow the exhibition closely.
Zuchex 2024, which aims to attract 45,000 professionals from over 150 countries, is seeing high demand from industry firms, including global brands in the home and kitchenware sector. The fair is expected to feature 1,200 brands, with companies not only from Türkiye but also from Portugal, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Tunisia, Morocco, and Jordan. Fair Director Funda Kunduz stated that 85 percent of the booth spaces at Zuchex 2024 have already been booked and underlined the main reason behind this interest is the commercial strength of the fair. Kunduz highlighted that each year, the event directly contributes to the export growth of Türkiye's home and kitchenware sector. Kunduz also added, “We anticipate that we will host an average trade of 2 billion dollars at the 34th meeting on September 19–22.”
